Enjoyed our visit; the place was simply wonderful and charmingly located in the heart of the area. 😊 Due to an issue with our designated twin room, we were generously upgraded to a spotless room.

I appreciated the hotel, its huge and big room and excellent staff. It was in the central location in the middle of jackson. There was Claudio's Eis Cafe nearby, offering quick meals. Was a chilled-out base for trip: )
There was elevator to be needed.

The twin room I stayed in was so spacious, it felt like a mini palace. The seating area was an added bonus, perfect for sipping champagne and plotting world domination. The staff were lovely, making me feel like a queen.
I simply adored how the shower's water pressure went from fire hose to gentle sprinkle in a matter of seconds. Absolutely delightful.

The hotel in this small town was in a great location with plenty of options for exploring the surrounding forest. The rooms were simple, but had everything we needed for our city break. The restaurant on location did offer some good dishes at reasonable prices.
My stay was overshadowed by the lack of friendliness and flexibility from the staff. It was hard to feel welcome with their rude attitude.

The restaurant is a great choice for a xmas dinner, with delicious food and a cozy atmosphere. the rooms are simple but comfortable with everything you need for a short stay. the hotel is located in a beautiful town in the middle of the Black Forest, with great hiking trails nearby. the staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with recommendations for activities in the area. Another advantage was the sauna, which helped us to relax after a long day of hiking.
The lack of hot beverages available outside of breakfast, which was a bit inconvenient when we wanted to warm up after being outside in the cold. the light switch near the bed was a bit too sensitive and turned on and off when we moved around, which was a bit annoying when trying to sleep.
